![]() Whenever an NWSH is going to be varied off, all associated NWSDs should be varied off prior to doing so. The resolution was to vary off all associated NWSDs so all were inactive, restart the NWSH, and activate each NWSD. In this case, the NWSH was rejecting the point-to-point connection because it was already listening on the point-to-point ports for the active servers and thus was not listening for new attempts. Did the usual re-plugging, changed the cable, same results.
